SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. We do our absolute best to gets orders out as fast as possible. Products are shipped via USPS. If you need faster service, we are more than happy to accommodate you with a faster solution through UPS or Fedex. We are also happy to use your organization's shipping account in lieu of paying separately for shipping.
Once the package has been shipped and leaves our facility, we can cannot control any shipping delays with carriers.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are more than happy to accept a return on standard products if you've changed your mind about your purchase, or if you're dissatisfied with a product. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any custom products or any products that have been marked on.
